Communication with the display and the FORNERO NET immersion pyrometer, as well as between the display and the RECEIVER NET module (receiver of measurement results and communication with monitoring software) are carried out without physical wired structures. INDICMAX NET can be installed at points in the foundry where it is not possible to install "S" type compensated cables, network infrastructure for communication with traceability software and in places that are difficult to access. INDICMAX NET offers long-distance viewing, a display that allows the results to be shown in different variations of ambient light, and a high-strength, sealed enclosure to prevent dust and ferrous particles from being suspended. With an integrated LCD display, it also shows the results of measurements sent to INDICMAX NET, as well as the instrument's operating status. Its operating and memory settings can be accessed via the instrument's front membrane buttons, eliminating the need for software or complicated processes. FORNERO NET has a battery life of approximately 360 hours, thanks to its new circuitry that operates with low power consumption strategies. In stand-by mode, its battery charge can reach up to 720 hours.
Allied to the INDICMAX NET set, the RECEIVER NET signal receiver module is the interface between receiving the signal from the measurements taken and the RECEIVER 1.0.0.4 software, which keeps a multitude of reading results. It keeps the information stored in its own database which can be converted into spreadsheet reports and also makes these results available to SQL databases. The results contain the device ID (measurement location), measurement sequence (between 01 and 99), estimated battery charging time, compensation gasket, date, time and liquid metal temperature. The range between INDICMAX NET and RECEIVER NET is approximately 80 meters in the open.
