LGPD compliance agreement

General Data Protection Law Law 13.709/2018

The purpose of this LGPD Compliance Agreement is to ensure the compliance of Italterm Sistemas e Controles Industriais LTDA with the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018)

Italterm Sistemas e Controles Industriais LTDA, in its capacity as Operator, which corresponds to the legal entity, under public/private law, that processes personal data on behalf of the Controller, states that it adopts all the necessary measures to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Law.

Italterm Sistemas e Controles Industriais LTDA is in the business of developing, manufacturing and selling disposable sensors, instruments and their accessories for temperature measurement and thermal analysis of liquid metals, on which occasion sensitive/personal data is collected, with the aim of improving relations with its customers and partners and always respecting the privacy of the data received.

The Company undertakes to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all personal data held or consulted/transmitted electronically, to ensure the protection of such data against unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, disclosure or accidental or undue loss. For the sake of clarity, personal data means information relating to identified or identifiable natural persons.

The Company undertakes to process the personal data to which it has access only with the respective permissions of the data subjects, i.e. with the confirmations of the natural persons to whom the personal data to be processed refer.

The Company ensures that all of its employees, agents, partners, directors, representatives or third-party contractors who have access to personal data under the Company's responsibility have signed the Confidentiality Agreement and undertake to keep any Personal Data strictly confidential and not to use it for any other purpose, with the exception of providing services.

Personal Data may not be disclosed to third parties, except with the prior written authorization of the owner of the personal data, or in the event that the Company, by legal determination, has to provide the personal data to a public authority, at which time the owner of the personal data must be informed in advance so that they can take the necessary measures.
