The "K" Extension Cables are made from the same alloy as the thermocouples used in ITALCARB Thermal Analysis capsules, to guarantee the reliability of the voltage generated by the sensors at the time of analysis. They come in two forms (Cromel / Alumel) and are insulated with rubber: Red negative (-) and Yellow positive (+). Its yellow external rubber insulation (in accordance with ANSI standards) allows it to be used with CARBOMAX instruments, enabling it to be installed in environments where it is exposed to the hardships of casting. Its 18AWG cross-section allows it to extend up to 40 meters.
